We want to make you aware of an issue that occurred with our automatic debit system vendor for your October coupon payment.
Earlier this month, you may have received a notice stating that your monthly coupon payment had been withdrawn from your bank account. Unfortunately, due to a software problem with our vendor that affected their customers, that withdrawal did not actually take place.
In the coming days, you may receive a second notice confirming that your October coupon payment has been—or will be—withdrawn from your account. This time, the transaction will occur, and the funds will be debited within the next three to four business days.
Please rest assured that you are not being charged twice.
At the time of the first notice, no money was withdrawn. The upcoming debit will reflect your only October payment.
Please also note you will not be assessed any late fee as a result of our vendor's software issue.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding as we work with our payment processor to ensure this issue does not happen again.
