CVE Master Management has officially kicked off the Village’s annual storm drain maintenance program. Work began yesterday, April 14, 2025, in the Westbury area and will continue throughout the week.

This year’s scheduled maintenance areas include Westbury, Swansea, Upminster, and Richmond.

Crews will be inspecting and cleaning storm drains to help improve drainage and prevent flooding. During this time, you may see equipment and personnel throughout the neighborhoods as they complete this important preventative work.

And speaking of storm drains… check out the photo we’re sharing! Somehow, road reflectors have made their way into the drains—proof that even the reflectors need a break from shining all day. Our team is on it!
