Residents may have received an email from a company called Enumerate Engage regarding CVE Master Management accounts.

The email was generated from the CVE Master Management payment system and sent to all residents whose email addresses are in the system. The message invites residents to create or access an online account connected to the CVE Master Management payment portal. The email address the message was sent from is

CVEMasterManagement@engage.goenumerate.com.

Please note that this email is legitimate and is not spam.  Residents who have already signed up for the online payment portal or currently enrolled in our direct debit program do not need to take any action.

For those who have not yet created an account, the portal allows you to access your CVE Master Management account online, make payments for your maintenance coupon, and set up automatic payments if you choose.
