The complete reconstruction of the East Guardhouse was the first of three planned renovations for all the entrances to Century Village East. The redesign of the East Guardhouse has made entering the community much easier for residents. The redesign created a resident-only travel lane that speeds access. The architecture of the structure provides a grand entrance to the community.
