This will conclude the asphalt overlay portion of the 2022 Paving project and we will continue with stripping, road signs and landscaping.
Paving schedules for the remaining Lyndhurst associations will be announced one week before paving. (Detailed paving dates will be announced)
All vehicles must be removed from their parking spaces no later than 8:00 AM on the day your Association is scheduled to be paved and cannot be returned to their respective parking spaces until the following morning. If your vehicle is in a parking space when the paving begins, it is likely to be towed by your Association at your own expense.
While paving is being done, one lane of the roadway will remain open at all times to allow for local traffic. The roadway will be fully reopened upon completion of paving that same day. Residents may experience some detours in the affected areas, as well as limited access during paving.
PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE CLUBHOUSE, IF NEEDED (FIRST LOT TO THE RIGHT AS YOU ENTER OFF OF CENTURY BOULEVARD). VEHICLES ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PARK AT THE CLUBHOUSE ON THE DAY/DATE YOUR ASSOCIATION IS SCHEDULED TO BE PAVED. YOU MUST OBTAIN A PASS FROM THE CENCLUB STAFF OFFICE LOCATED AT THE CLUBHOUSE. The pass will be date stamped and should be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle to avoid being towed at your own expense.
Residents planning to be away during this time and leaving a vehicle at the Association should make arrangements to leave keys with a resident who resides on the property full time so their vehicle can be moved during the paving process. Please advise Ray DePerro of Five Star Sealing and Paving during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at (954) 650-2347 the name, unit number, and telephone number of the individual that will have your keys. Again, if your vehicle is in a parking space when the paving begins, it is likely to be towed by your Association at your own expense.
(Note: Tack is used in the paving process and is a liquid asphalt product that increases the cohesion of the asphalt. Please do not drive or walk on marked areas where tack has been applied, as this product is difficult to remove. If you inadvertently get tack on your car, “Go-Jo” or an orange oil-based product such as “Citri-Solv” has proven beneficial in removing tack from automobiles, shoes, etc.)
Please read important information that is posted at your respective buildings.
Additional information and scheduling notices for the remaining Lyndhurst areas will be posted one week before the Associations are paved. Please watch for additional updates on the continuation of the 2022 Paving Project at:
